Oh, cool! :aww: I recently made up a character, I wanted her to be an ibis, but I wasn't sure which kind. Scarlet ibis eventually stuck. [link] :D Now I love these birds!

Great capture, I wish we had these were around our zoo. :aww:

Awww! I love them too. Have since I've seen them in the zoos in Florida when my family used to take trips there.

Fingers crossed that your zoo gets them :) As far as I know the Toronto Zoo never displayed them (the zoo was opened since 1974) until a few years ago. They're not as photogenic as the ones at Bird Kingdom though :P

Well, I live in Florida. Where were you in there when you saw them? Miami, maybe?

They just opened an Asia area at our zoo. :) Right now it's mainly to show off this really cool Japanese pond and bamboo gardens and two komodo dragons. But if they keep growing and expanding like they have been for years, we may get some soon! :iconsqueeeplz:

We stayed at St. Pete's beach and we saw them in Lowry and Bush Gardens :)
